Dr. Forman, a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and a metro Detroit native, completed his Bachelors of Science with honors at Michigan State University in 1992. He graduated from Wayne State University School of Medicine in 1996 and completed his residency in Pediatrics at Children’s Hospital of Michigan in Detroit in 1999. He joined Steven Glickfield, DO in forming West Bloomfield Pediatrics in multiple locations which evolved into Well-Being Pediatrics with later consolidation to Novi, Michigan.

Dr. Forman has been voted Mom Approved Doc and elected Top Doc by his peers, consecutively multiple times since 2013. He is a member of the United Physicians Board of Directors.

He is passionate about medical education. Dr. Forman holds academic adjunct and associate professorships from MSU and OUWB. He has taught dozens of medical students and residents from both MSU College of Human Medicine and Osteopathic Medicine as well as William Beaumont Oakland University School of Medicine and The American University of the Carribean.

Dr. Forman is the father of two, is a notorious “Dad joke” lover and enjoys both telling and hearing new jokes.
